I always love sweet egg custard, in Vietnamese, French and Mexico, they call it "FLAN".It's nutritious and it's "guilt-free".. sorta depend on how much syrups they put.
The flan was firm and not too sweet. We Asians like sweet but not like Westerners who can loads their drinks and desserts with tons of sugar.Van's Bakery
